Torque wrench calibration machine
Torque wrench calibrator consists of frame, loading mechanism, high precision torque sensor and display instrument. Multi-sensor combination can be used on the same frame and mechanism.
The calibration machine can be equipped with automatic control system to realize automatic loading.

After the horizontal position of the wrench is adjusted at the force action point, the slider movement mechanism on it's skateboard quickly moves to the position of the wrench thrust point. Loading test bench can load automatically and semi-automatically on request. It can measure the torque clockwise and counter-clockwise. The same loading mechanism can be used for multiple ranges by replacing sensor. It's easy to replace sensors in several seconds. It's convenient for subsequent verification and calibration. The joint design is scientific and reasonable. It can connect tenon with different specifications.
